Erin Nadeau, a Partner with the firm, is well versed in all aspects of real estate law, including but not limited to real estate closings, leases, land use matters, landlord-tenant issues, and tax appeals.

 

Erin also has experience with all types of contracts, including, but not limited to, employment agreements, entertainment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, independent contractor agreements, option agreements, film production contracts, and trademark filings.

Family Law is another area where Erin can assist you with the drafting of pre-nuptial agreements and related estate planning matters, divorces, including but not limited to, post-judgment matters, mediation, and name changes. Erin will also be able to aid in all of your estate planning and administration needs, such as wills, trusts, special needs trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills, health care proxies, and general estate administration, including disclaiming of assets, estate litigation, and guardianship matters.

Erin can also provide support for expungements and municipal court traffic violations.

 

If you are in need of support to advocate for your child, Erin can assist you as a Parent Advocate and assist you with the negotiation of IEP accommodations and settlement agreements with the school. Erin is certified as a Parent Advocate by the NJ Parent Advocacy Network.

Erin prides herself on being accessible to her clients. You will always speak with her directly, and she is willing to explain every detail and answer every question.

Erin is a graduate of The New York Law School in Manhattan. During her law school education, she served as an Articles Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also worked full-time during law school and was still able to graduate in three years. Prior to attending law school, Erin received her B.A. in English from John Carroll University. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

She resides in Westfield, New Jersey, with her husband and three children.
